On each Friday we do a character spotlight. Today is Silver Surfer's day to triumph our blogasphere....So who exactly is the man in silver???
He is the most noblest and most tormented cosmic entity in the universe. He sacrificed his life to save his planet, Zenn-La and his true love to serve the world eater Galactus as his herald.
The Silver Surfer wields "the power cosmic", absorbing and manipulating the universe's ambient cosmic energies.
He can navigate space, hyperspace and dimensional barriers, and can fly at near-limitless speeds on his board, entering hyperspace when he exceeds light speed. The Surfer does not require food, drink, air or sleep, sustained entirely by converting matter into energy.
So... basically the surfer cannot be defeated...

Wow, I'll have to stop by every friday. I didn't know all that about the Surfer. He is a great character!
